OK first of all I am new in this page I hope you comment in order I can imrpve my skills...=) anyway this is one of my OC, her name is Rei Minami, is suppose to be really pretty but annoying and with really bad temper, she is a fan girl of Sasuke but well he does not like her...anyway I like the way she turned out...what do you think?
