I made this for a friends contest. It was a lot better before I had to scan it. my scanner is flaky and I did this in like 30 mins, scanned it, photoshopped it and then saved until now.I have missed place my coloring pencils or it would be in color. and I forgot a few tips that were given to me on drawing, so that explains the quality. anyway. it is suposed to be my oc (Kira) as in Shikamaru's clothes. PLease comment and rate on this so what to do better next time. I welcome hate comments on this one so I can do better next time. thanks.
