this is beat from the game Jet Set Radio Future, its a teen rated game based in a future tokyo. i like it, its about a gang of teens that are trying to stop the corrupt buisness ouner. but watch out little kiddies this game controdicts the law! in order to beat him YOU have to cover tokyo in grafiti and defeat his police. so yah, this is Beat, he's my favorite and he's on the cover of the game. he's the first character you unlock (but you have to race him to do it!!) so yah. the graphics in the game arn't that great but hey, its the gameplay that counts right? ps i don't recamend this for its music tho XP
