i had a picture of a man looking out a dark room at a bird in the window, and since i was incorporating some chinese proverbs and sayings into my pieces at the time, i thought it would be fitting to use the proverb: 'i know the lands in the distance are not snowy, for a secret fragrance drifts to me from there.' to me, it represented hope, hope that things get better and you should always keep going despite the disadvantages of your current situation. (it's not that great of a picture, my thumb's kinda in the way n it's blurry, but i had it on my comp from last year n was too lazy to take a new pic, so this'll have to do =_=)
