I wanted to draw something cute. And this is kind of in honor of the fact that I won't be able to see my cat for an entire week! We're going on vacation, and so I have to leave him behind! *sobs in corner* But oh well. I can get on the lapotp, and look at this picture and see my cat in it. Because he really does look like this. OK, this took forever and a day. I'm serious the lineart was done with my tablet and took like 2 hours then the colouring took like 4. I think I started around 10:30 or 11 in the morning and finished it right before dinner, which was at 5:30, so this picture took by far the longest....ever. OK, so I did take several breaks to go find my cat, to see what his fur looks like. Of course he was outside and it was raining, so I was attempting to find him in the rain. He finally came inside though, so I had to deal with him then. [He was being evil in it's purest form, attacking M-chan's cat, creating the cat-stampede through the house, ect.] Anywho, I finally got it right. And this is the result! YAYS! I like how it turned out, it's really different from how I normally draw, so I decided to take toxictherapy-san's advice and look at the world around me and learn from other people's styles. So the pose is half stolen from something I saw on DA once. Yep, that's just about it for this picture. I hope ya'll like it!
