One thing I always admired about Takeshi Obata's art is his ability to capture any kind of emotion. You have to admit- sometimes, when you read a series and look at the art closely, it's almost as if the characters look almost the same or have the exact same expressions in each panel. But Obata has this amazing ability to capture just the right expressions. That's one thing I admire about him, and I can't imagine Death Note being drawn by anyone else. Anyways, I guess this is just my sad attempt to do something like that.
