This is Kier from TrigunMax's story! she said he look a little bit too fat =_+, and I think so too, I guess outlining it again kind of ruin how the primary version of him a bit =_+. I tried to not make him look so evil, but I couldn't, his eyes are evil lookin to begin with. Dont worry though I will be drawing a nicer version of him =)
