I've noticed that I'm always creating good guys. It's just not right! There's gotta be villans! So for my next fanfiction (which I still don't have a title for) I created this next series of OCs who were made to be evil. Number:0018 Alias: Celesse Nickname(s): Sisssy Place of Birth: Bucharest, Romania Birthday:November 19th Zodiac Sign: Scorpio Nationality: Romanian Personality: Forceful, Resentful, Secretive Occupation before capture: none Bio: Not much is known about Celesse except for her name and where she comes from. However it is known that she was an orphan picked up off the streets by Black Ghost. Cybernetic Ability: 0018 is a remodification of 0010 and the finished work of 0015. She, like 0010 + and - was given the ability to accelerate and she is able to shoot lightning bolts from her right eye. 0015 was supposed to be made with lasers in both eyes. However, he woke up during reconstruction and killed off the scientists who were working on him. Black Ghost could no longer finish him so they left him with only one operational eye. Later on Black Ghost found more scientists and finished up the project by inserting the other eye in Celesse. This gives her the ability to melt anything including solid rock and metal. That's not all it can do though. Behind her left ear there is a knob with three settings: Laser, scan, and scope. This means that she is not only able to shoot lasers but she can also scan objects for information and lock on to far away objects that can't be seen with the normal eye. Makani also has this ability but he doesn't know about it yet. Extra: She has a thing for Makani. Oh noes!
