This is referenced from the 4th volume of FMA. i was kinda bored one day and reading over my FMA manga (I'll admit, i LOVE the manga series i saw the whole anime too...) and i saw this and i was like "You know what, i wanna DRAW this pic!!!" so yea... Hughes is like my favorite character T.T he was kool. My other favorite character is #66 (aka barry the chopper) Hes so much funnier in the manga XD. i might draw him one day too...
