This is a character of mine, Named Kibeth after the fifth(?) bell in "Abhorson" Kibeth the Walker. As I've just stated she is a character, and so bears markings that unusual for a raichu. If the trees look awful, I'd reccomend lowering the brightness of the monitor, as my computer is at an oddly low setting and I'm having trouble changing it.
