hey everyone! second submission for nyaf! i don't like this opne as much as my other one... and it won't win anything at this rate... ^^' but it's fun to do things with snow. This is My character Vitalanie, aka vita-chan. she's using her staff to create snow! and the sun and moon are to represent the rule of snow and cold on earth during winter. (she's sitting on ice if you can't tell) plus i haven't alot of photoshop experience... ^^' time 3 using CS3. i need a tablet... DON'T FORGET to veiw in high resolution!
