I'm working on the colored version of this, thought I'd post up the screen toned one since I DO have those brushes and I should at least use them once o-o' Not bad I think for a first attempt at digital screen toning... A friend of mine was curious about how traditional mangas and comics used to shade, and I quickly pulled this drawing up and showed him how it was done. I really wasn't intending on finishing it as a screen toned drawing, but I got to thinking about how I never seem to use the patterns and brushes, so I decided I'd go ahead and finish it for posting.
