It's Stitch!!! Don't you just love him?? He is my favorite disney character.
And yes, those are dots that are coloring him in. everything is dots. I used markers and just repeatedly dotted the page. This technique is called stippling, and this isn't the first time I've done it. Yes. It hurts your hand, and takes up time.
