I was waching this ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hux034qy1r8 ) and I thought "hey Im a fan of Team rocket so why not draw one of my charries dressing up as team rocket!". This is Brownie my Mew Mew,,, sona?. She's just as hyper as Sachi (my Inuyasha charrie). She's shorter then Sachi but she's the same age (12). She works as a waitress at cafe mew mew.
