I didn't start out with this perticular definition for who this is, it was more of a mermaid and that was all. Anyway, that wasn't what I was concentrating on while doing this. I was just trying to get something done with a Art Nouveau style about it. Blame Alfons Mucha and my art teacher for this, they got me into it.
