Well I'm not good at poetry, but I hope at least it makes sense/decipherable Edit: I've decided to explain this piece since it could be interpreted wrong basically what we have here is a girl, who is extremely wealthy (judging from her clothes) but she's also lonely. In her mind, she believes she has everything (material wealth) and feels that everyone is envious of her. She represents the cold, lonely, barren winter (compare the background of the dead trees to that of the boy's pine trees and the sky's texture) One day she meets a boy, who came from nothing (aka he's extremely poor) but he has love and is happy, whereas she isn't. So the boy seeing her, felt like she was the one deprived of everything, and so gives her a present (the present represents the warmth and love ie the most important aspect of life vs material wealth) given the gift, the girl realizes she has absolutely nothing compared to the boy. phew that was long lol.
