ok let me explain... I heard the P!ATD "This is Halloween" and at the end they go - La la la lalala la la la etc... and they sound like they are in a group waving their hands in the air... singing. So i said why isnt Riku in Halloween Town in Kh.. and thought That's WHY!!!!
