Roy Mustang from Fullmetal Alchemist. It's been a long time since I did any inking with my brush pens, so yeah, this pic was born. Just to clarify things, that's a firefly on his hand, and he's about to snap his fingers (no gloves though because I want to practice drawing hand muscles and stuff *coughsandbecauseI'mlazycoughs*).
