I know it's a total insult to put up fanart for american comics up on an anime fansite, but oh well. I think it still counts. This is my Xmen OC, Mona Joseph. I tried to edit it on photoshop so the quality wouldn't be so bad, but I don't think it did too much. *Punches digital camera* Okay! Here's her story: Mona was raised in the city by her father. He was a scientist and she was his test subject. He injected mercury and other metallic elements into her blood every day until she was in her teens. She thought nothing of it because it was part of her every day life. That was until she was cut and bled a liquid metallic substance. I haven't though out the details but she eventually learns how to move her blood with some sort of magnetism and joins the mutant academy. So she's technically wasn't born a mutant, but was turned into one by her mad scientist of a father. I know this is physically impossible, but then again, nothing in Xmen is. Lol. I used pencils and watercolor pencils to color it. Enjoy!
