chiella is a very important character for a new series i made called the cartographer!

I KNOW i have to many series already to work with, but MY BRAIN WON'T STOP WORKING. -headdeskdeskdesk- the cartographer is about..well, i shouldn't say until i have the characters' designs up and the plot fully planned. i REALLY want to work on it though, because i personally see potential into making it into a comic. > >

so anyway, chiella is..was..a terminally ill girl who had a dream to see and explore the world, a dream that i myself share. ; ; she died before she could, though, which is what will prolly happen to me as well! VAT A TWIST! you prolly thought i would make her explore the world before she died, but nooope she was bed-ridden. she did, however, get a nice view of the city from her room. she sat at the window everyday hoping that some day she'd get out of that room into the world, but nah. i'm mean. ; ;

the birds were inspired by some of my uncle's works. he takes several stages of a bird's flight and paints them out. it's really really cool! www.williamyoungstudio.com check it out!

you know ironically, chiella's name means "heavenly" or "from the sky". the name was supposed to be chiela but i added another l in there because i can. XB
