I decided to do a picture of Neji smiling, other than his smirk! ^-^ Its my own style, so its not totally supposed to look like the anime I made the sky background from scratch..no reference, or anything, so it might look a little weird. The bird's outline was reference, but colored my own way (which is why it looks so weird) I WISH I owned Neji, but I don't! He's Kishimoto's!
