Yumi Yumi is the naturally hyperactive bounty hunter from the heavenly council. She is frequently found stalking some of the lead characters instead of doing her job. I used to draw her as a wicked scrawny, scantily-clad wierdo with the eyes like these ^__^ the upside down U eyes because she's always happy, except in this sketch which marks the first redesigning of this character in five years.
