This is NOT my OC!! I was in the mood to draw something challenging, like a hair style. The one who fit the description quite well was E-vay's Naruto NG character Isamashii. Honestly, it took me like, 15 tries to get his hair right and it still looks crazy. heh, he looks like roxas right now XD Even though his hair doesn't get an A at least the coloring still came out nicely.
