Hellsing oc. This is Kelby. She's a nixie. If you don't know what that is, they are legendary water sprites that inhabit Ireland or Scotland. This is her "normal" appearance when interacting with humans. She's really nice and REALLY old! Most nixies are immortal. She has an unknown control over water.
