This is Kelby's nixie form. This is just a prototype, so that's why it's kinda bad. I intentionally made her tall and *ahem* Ceres-like. She can shift from numerous pools of water like a portal. Her favorite type of gem is the orange sunstone, ironically. Very swift swimmer!
