First time submitting a "Sailor Moon" fan drawing since a while ago. This time, it's a black-and-white portrait of Sailor Chibi Moon (known as "Sailor Mini Moon" in the English dub), done from perspective of a promo image I saw at animepaper, with use of PITT type artist pens to color.
