HOLY CRAP THIS WAS HELL!!!
I've been working on this picture forever...well...off and on working. It looked like crap after I outlined it so I just used the original picture.

I did use brushes but I forgot where I got them >< The fishies in the background are brushes that I blurred and the bubbles are brushes as well...oh and the grass xD The rest is done by me with no help what-so-ever with tutorials. I basically made stuff up lol

Please full view! It looks like a crappy rainbow when it's tiny ^^; Critiques are welcomed since I do want to fix it and make it better. Please keep it focused on the coloring and background, I can't change the lineart now, and I already know it's crappy...

Yes I can tell that I'm using the word crappy a lot. I just seriously wanted to get this thing done *faint*
