Well in honor of the totally awesome Version Vibrant, i decided to re-do Noelle for about the 50th time. I need to color it, and I hope to have that up sometime this week. As it says on my world page, I got my new art supplies. As for the progress portion, well you can just go back and look at one my original sketches of Noelle. If that doesn't say I have improved, well then nothing will. Thanks for your time
