So here is my "first" naruto fan character... he is of the mighty sincotte clan in the village hidden in the clouds (lightning village)..... i only did a side look cuz i havent rly figured out wat i want to do with him yet... all i kno is hes my first official naruto f.c. and he turned out rather well... as for abilities; ill post them l8r
