This is my naruto fan character kekkei genkai eye, the heamigan... its the jinjutsu that everyone in the sincotte clan has. It is suposed to look like a trageting system, so it obviously has targeting capability, aswell as negating the abilities of other kekkei genkai, and allowing the user to see in various forms; night vision, heat vision, chakra vision, ect.
