Here's a quick sketch of an eyelid concept that sort of grossed me out. It was cool, but creepy in slow motion. I came up with it when I was with Ember and she kept nodding off.
1. normal eye
2. clear eyelid covers eye and takes out the shine
3. eyelid slowly comes up from the bottom at an angle
4. eyelid almost closed
5. eye is closed
And look, it's shaped like a guestion mark.
