I started working on this not long ago but never finished 'til recently. When someone emailed me about doing a contest, I thought about using this as a submission, however I don't completely agree with the terms they were coming across with it.

Basically put, they want to celebrate artists who only do traditional style artwork- plain paper and pencil to be exact and think that artwork done on a computer is easier and doesn't require true skill. Don't get me wrong-- there's no substitute for traditional artwork over "computer generated" and I don't believe traditional artwork will never be fully replaced with "CG work" however I don't believe that there is a "lack of skill" that goes into artwork done on a computer and in some cases it can be even more difficult. I DO believe though that there's a certain level of knowing how to use computer generated artwork right as apposed to just using a bunch of random photoshop brushes to make a poorly spotted gradient background.
With all that aside, I explained that I draw with a computer tablet, and that most of my work is from using photoshop. Apprently though, the judges for this thing gave me the okay and well.. I did hesitate but decided I'd just go ahead and submit.
