Hello!
This is Jeweloflife's character Noa for her OC contest. (Draw one of her OCs.) I flipped through her gallery and thought this character looked interesting. She had a lot of detail around the head that I'm not sure came off entirely right (especially since the site measurement rules decided to hate me). I can say for certain that this is the most yellow I have used in one picture. ^^
