Yep finally broke down to make a rain tutorial. Like I've said in the tutorial, I use a plugin called ulead particle.plug(so now you can all stop assuming I do awesome rain xpx') and as far as I know, it was a paid plugin. (I got mine from a family member sometime ago) but now it's free, and available for everyone. It also comes with bubbles, snow, fire, clouds, smoke, sparkles.. it's nice but I rarely use it for anything else other than rain. Oh yeah and it works for both photoshop and paintshop pro.

So I've also been thinking about making a World dedicated to tutorials themselves so that it'll be easier to find them rather than hunt them down. Also I think it's more appropriate to post photoshop tutorials like that one up there than it would be here in the fanart section xpx not to mention, I could maybe possibly offer things for brushes and patterns that I've made. Not to mention, I've been working on manga screentones that could prove useful to others too.
