When I think of anime I think of Magical Girls, so I made Victoria a Magical girl. Then when I think of NY I think of Lady Liberty, The beautiful NY
skyline, and the Empire State Building. So using those elements, I dressed Victoria in a Magical girl style Lady Liberty dress, and did the background as the NY skyline with the Empire State Building.

The writing that curves on the outside of the circle is Victoria spelled out in Japanese.
I named my character Victoria because the word Victory also pops into mind when I think NY.
