So, here�s my entry to the NYAF mascot competition. I�ve spent so long on this, much more than a usual picture.

But yes. When I think of New York, I think of taxis and the empire state building. When I think of Japan and Anime, I usually think of schoolgirls, and definitely pink hair.

The yellow in the background is based off Japan�s old �rising sun� flag. The skyline is, of course, the NY one, with the empire state building. And the taxi is a� taxi? It�s the first time I�ve ever drawn a car, so I hope it came out all right!
