As some of you who watch the show may know, Kisuke was a captain in the 13 court guard squad. He was Captain of the 12th division (aka research division). One day he was strolling around outside of the sokiaku(sp?) and he found twin girls with cat ears and tails. for some reason he grew a liking to them and took then into the soul society as "experiments". Actually he never hurt them, he just found them fascinating and thought of them as his daughters he never had. Yasashii(on his shoulders) and Ame(in his arms) would roam around the soul society looking for friends and fun.
