this is the other picture I drew of my o.c Kotaro at his current age (27-28). the reason he is wearing a hidden mist headband is because he was sent to the mist village as a spy after Orochimaru was spotted in the area (when orochimaru took in Kimimaru). Kotaro is still in the design stages so I might change him a bit and I still need to design his clothes. anyway, please comment.
