this is my entry for DixieWings contest! my fave anime character nodoka! she is so awesome! lol i know her witch outfit doesn't have alota color so i tried to make the background colorful! yeah i inked this with my trusty brush! and it didn't turn out half bad! well enjoy! comments and hugs appreciated!!
