EDIT: Also, that thing on her hip is attached to her belt ribbon thingy... and it's a bottle of water so the she can use her water magic even if there's no water around or if the air is dry... or something... -_-

She's an elf. Yup. And a water sage... Yes that's a stream of water. Even though it looks like a stream of toothpaste. -_- *headdesk*
