Nebilchantes was once one of the Four Dragoons. He became obsessed with the weapon Nagrarock, and to obtain it, he took the Anullus (the thing on his neck). Between the two items, he slowly became obsessed with power, and sought domination over all life.

I originally made this for a friend, and it's done using a German art pen, and Prismacolors (I won't use any other colored pencil!)
