I just love drawing Ren. There is just so much of her story to tell I sometimes wonder if I'll ever get it all in before I get tired of telling it. Ren is my creation, and my main character in my upcoming manga (cross your fingers) to be published in about six months, barring the usual creative and technical setbacks. I am currently working on a short that I'm going to post here -its only about 26 pages long and its a bit of insight into something that happened in Ren's past. It will also tie in to the first volume of Koden, though both stories can stand alone. You won't need to read the short to understand what's going on in Koden, however, for those dedicated fans (and in pre-publication stage I do have a few who are not my mom :)) it will make an interesting read. The short is nowhere near ready to be posted yet...but will be, hopefully within a few weeks.
