Hello! The sparklies and the big flare in the pic is some random sparklies I put in...the effect is especially pretty when you use the 'no style' photoshop brush,and smear it(or smudge w/e)

The big white flare is made by putting together a few lense flares and smearing too...the trick is to make it look cool but random.... ^_^
