Could also be a pun, "coloured death". Pretty much a boredom sketch since I hadn't drawn this character in a long time.

Sketched and "inked" in openCanvas, coloured in Photoshop. Although I did go crazy with the plasma filter in openCanvas for the background effect, it also has a few effects from Photoshop too.

It's a bit more stereotype anime styled then my usual stuff.
