This is just a fan character. I drew him once before in the last pic I submitted.

His name is Tengu Hirosei. This pic was drawn by the pen tool in Photoshop CS2, so it really doesn't look like my style. The coloring is just a poor excuse of passing off as a vector... ^___^;; I have color issues due to laziness...

Sometime in the future I will releash a bio on Hirosei and some other OCs. Um... Yeah he kinda looks like a Hyuuga, but he's not... :3 And that weird symbol next to him is the Tengu clan's crest.
