Ren and Takashi - in colour!! I've been really enjoying doing the pencil work and I mostly work in a gray scale when I use inks...but I like working with full colour, too. Though, I will admit, I did cheat a bit and use the bucket fill in paint to do the black background....I like the smoothness of the bucket fill and since I wasn't going for texture, I just did the fill. Ren and Takashi are both my creations...but Takashi doesn't appear in my short, Saiban, which I also have posted here. Saiban takes place before the events in Vol 1 of Koden (don't google it, you won't find it, its still in the process of being published and presently not available...)
