Alruna was walking through a cave when the urge to pee hit her. At first she tried to find a way out, but urge became stronger as she searched. Then she tried to find something to hide behind. But there wasn't much, and she was getting desperate. Finally she just sat on the floor of the cave and ended her problem altogether.
