Here's the story behind this pic.
I believe the Tobi is really Obito with the spirt of Madara.
I'm not going to go into great detail, but heres some.

After being found by a rouge Grass Ninja named Zetsu, he joined him since he felt indited to him for rescuing him and bringing him back to full health.
But a While later the spirit of Madara took over.
Madara used a forbidden jutsu which let him live in select persons who have the Uchiha blood in their veins.
Madara would form a criminal organization called Akatsuki.

Sorry to cut you all off, maybe I'll write a fanfic about it.
