Constructive Criticism wanted!

I'm working on an original manga, and the idea for the cover came to me during Bio.
The name of the story is called: DEAR
The story is about my characters Akarui and Kurai (who have been dead for well over year XD )
This is a very rough draft, seeing as it was drawn in only pen and sharpie, but it's a basic idea of what I want it to look like.
Any suggestions of what I should change or add in there?
I'll bite if you tell me the characters are disproportional. =.=X lol
