This is my Anime Version of the Cobra terrorist organization's leader: Cobra Commander.
I was inspired to draw him after watching some Code Geass episodes.
My idea of Cobra Commander is that he's somewhat like Zero who truly believes what he's doing is right.
Also I made his cape you a little like Zero's.It so cool! :D
